Terms and Conditions
Please note that each floral arrangement is unique, as flowers naturally vary in size, colour, and shape. We will always strive to replicate the bouquet to the best of our ability, substituting only with the closest available stems to maintain the overall style and quality.
While we take great care in packaging, we cannot accept responsibility for any damage to flowers, wrapping, letters, or accessories during transit. Delivery services carry an inherent risk, and minor variations or damage may occasionally occur.
Delivery
Delivery is available at a flat rate of £14 via Royal Mail. Orders are sent using a signed-for service with delivery by 1pm. Someone must be available to sign for the delivery.
If delivery is missed, please contact your local Royal Mail delivery office to arrange collection or redelivery. Otherwise, delivery will be attempted on the next working day.
Refunds and Rescheduling
Rescheduling is strictly unavailable for last-minute orders placed less than 7 days before the scheduled delivery or collection date. No exceptions will be made under any circumstances.
Orders may be rescheduled provided that a minimum of 7 days’ notice is given prior to the original delivery or collection date. Failure to provide the required notice will result in the order being ineligible for rescheduling or refund. Rescheduled orders must be fulfilled within one month of the original delivery or collection date.
All sales are final. Once payment has been made, refunds and returns are strictly not permitted unless the cancellation is initiated by us. Under no other circumstances will refunds be issued.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, nor for freshness or damage occurring during transit. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this condition.
Any complaints must be submitted in writing via email to flowerflicksuk@gmail.com within 2 hours of confirmed delivery. Claims made outside of this timeframe will not be considered.
