Delivery
Delivery is available at a flat rate of £14 via Royal Mail. Orders are sent using a signed-for service with delivery by 1pm. Someone must be available to sign for the delivery.
If delivery is missed, please contact your local Royal Mail delivery office to arrange collection or redelivery. Otherwise, delivery will be attempted on the next working day.

Please note that each floral arrangement is unique, as flowers naturally vary in size, colour, and shape. We will always strive to replicate the bouquet to the best of our ability, substituting only with the closest available stems to maintain the overall style and quality.
While we take great care in packaging, we cannot accept responsibility for any damage to flowers, wrapping, letters, or accessories during transit. Delivery services carry an inherent risk, and minor variations or damage may occasionally occur.
Flower Care
Trim stems 1 cm and change water every two days. Keep bouquet in fresh water while wrapped; use flower food only after removing wrapping. Avoid direct sunlight and heat, and gently remove any withered petals. Remove bouquet from box immediately upon delivery and follow included instructions.
